Room reservations will be made through DEKON. Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis. Rates quoted are in Euros, including the TAX. 10% increase in VAT rate is also included in the above fees. Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving full payment by credit card or bank transfer. Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If you would like to check-in before 14:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail registration@was2023.org
Outside participants should note that there is a financial impact on the funding of the meeting, since the hotel charges the organizer daily for every outside participant, so purchasing these tickets is strongly recommended.This daily ticket is currently 45 € + VAT.

Cancellations before September 7, 2023 will receive a full refund minus an administrative charge of one night penalty.
Cancellations on and after September 7, 2023 will not receive any refund.
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail registration@was2023.org or fax (+90 212 347 63 63).
Registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WAS 2023 and, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
